You'll get an opportunity to build a relationship with a child in another part of the world. You will learn about his or her culture and lifestyle while sharing your own. This seemingly small activity holds enormous potential for international understanding and appreciation. When you enroll as a sponsor, you will receive an outlining what you can expect from your experience as a Sponsor. You will also receive a photo and an extensive introduction to your sponsored child and her/his family. As a sponsor, you will receive correspondence from us throughout the year, including an annual Country Director’s Update, a Family Journal, two personal letters or communications from your sponsored child as well as the annual report and newsletters.
